Terms and Conditions
- Basic booking conditions
A 30% deposit is required with all bookings (bookings made within 20 days of arrival must be paid for in full). Please state the number in your party at time of booking. Bookings will only be confirmed once we have received your deposit. Provisional bookings (pending deposit) will only be held for 5 working days. Please inform us at time of booking if you need a cot or high chair.
Bookings must be paid for in full, 20 days prior to your arrival. Payments can be made by cheque or credit card.
- Cancellations
Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your booking. Cancellations made within a period of less than 30 days will not be eligible for a deposit refund. All cancellations will incur an administration fee of £30.00. Cancellations made during the 20 days prior to your intended date of arrival will be liable for full payment.
In very rare and exceptional circumstances (fire, flood, explosion, storm damage, epidemic, war and other 'force majeure') where your accommodation cannot be made available, we will refund your deposit / holiday payment in full. We cannot accept responsibility or pay any compensation for any such event, beyond the owners control
- Arrival / Departure
Bookings are from 3.00pm on day of arrival until 10.00am on day of departure. If you have any special requirements (late check in etc) please let us know and we will do our best to meet your needs.
- Prices include
All prices include utilities costs, bed linen (cot bedding is not provided), towels, cleaning products (except washing powder) and a welcome tea and coffee tray on arrival
- All lodges are non smoking
- Dogs
We welcome dogs and responsible owners and do not charge for your extra family member. If you have more than two dogs please discuss at time of booking. We request that owners bring pet bedding and that they do not allow dogs on furniture or beds. Dogs must not be left unattended in the lodge. We ask responsible dog owners to keep their dog on a lead when other dogs are on site.
- Damage to accommodation
You are liable for any damage to the lodge and its contents during your stay. The owners or their representative has the right to enter accommodation to make repairs (prior notice will be given if possible).
- Unreasonable behaviour
We reserve the right to terminate your stay with us, if at any time the unreasonable behaviour of anyone in your party is likely to or has caused offence, impaired the wellbeing, comfort or health of other guests. In such circumstances no refund will be given.
- Vehicles
Vehicles and their accessories and contents are left entirely at your risk.
- Comments or concerns
Please notify us of any broken, damaged or faulty items in your lodge as soon as possible, we will attempt to replace or repair as soon as possible. We would appreciate your comments and hope you can find a few minutes to fill in the comments sheet in your lodge information pack.
